Jimmy Choo Academy
We recently had the opportunity to partner with Jimmy Choo OBE on the branding of his London Fashion Academy. The main challenge we faced with this project was creating an identity that was distinctly separate from the footwear brand yet still utilised the credibility that the Jimmy Choo name carries.
We decided to cut a slash from the letter A to symbolise the separation between Jimmy Choo and Academy. That slash then became a graphic element that we used throughout the brand, it became a symbol for standing out from the crowd. A quality that JCA hopes to inspire in their students.
The project is currently on hold while the academy finds a location for their London headquarters. We look forward to moving forward with the brand later in 2019.
